About Me:
I am a second-year Ph.D. student in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at The Ohio State University. I am working with Prof. Huamin Wang. My current interest lies in Computer Graphics and Physically Based Animation.

Formz, a powerful 3d modeling software developed by AutoDesSys Inc. (during my internship, I replaced the traditional OpenGL pipeline with GLSL shaders, and improved the rendering quality as well)

Real-time rendering projects (GLSL was used to implement a variety of real-time rendering effects)

bumpmapping cubemapping shadow
Bump mapping on a smooth surface to create visual effect of a bumpy surface. Environment cube mapping to create reflection of the surroundings(cube) on the object's surface. Shadow mapping using depth buffer.
reflection blobbyman
Planar reflections using the stencil buffer. A blobbyman model consisting of primitive geometries. Motions including moving forward/backword, turning and waving arms are driven by corresponding keys.


Visual Interpretation with Three-Dimensional Annotations (VITA)

visualize them in an animated 3D volume. The rendering part is implemented using Cg.
