I am a PhD student in the Dept. of Computer Science & Engineering at The Ohio State University . I work with Dr. Dhabaleswar K. Panda in the Network-Based Computing Lab. My areas of interest include Network-Based Computing, Computer Architecture, Parallel Programming models and Distributed Computing.

I am currently working on the MVAPICH project which is an open source distribution of MPI over InfiniBand. My focus has been in the design of High Performance MPI-2 over InfiniBand targetting one-sided communication and non-contiguous data transfers. Earlier I had worked on Aggregate Remote Memory Copy Interface (ARMCI) project which is a portable remote memory access (RMA) communication subsystem used to implement the Global Arrays library.

I obtained my Bachelors degree from Institute of Technology, Banaras Hindu University (IT BHU, India). I received a Masters degree in Computer Science from University of South Carolina.
