I really need the
class I am teaching
to have a computer in the class
room. How do I make this request? (back)
- Requests for video data
projection equipment in your classroom are made to the scheduling
coordinator in the
following timeframes:
- For AU and SU quarters, the
first of January
- For WI quarter, the first of
July
- For
SP quarter, the first of October
- If
your classroom does not have a computer in it, you can reserve a laptop
computer projector system from the SOC lab.
What does my
classroom look like? (back)
I don't like
the classroom that I
am currently teaching in. Can I do anything about it? (back)

coordinator for options.
Something is wrong with the equipment in the classroom
where I am teaching. How do I get it fixed? (back)
I
would like a cordless microphone for the large size class I will be
teaching in an auditorium type classroom. Where can I borrow this
equipment? (back)

I
need to schedule a make up exam for a student, but either cannot have
the
student in my office or be present
to administer the exam. What
can I do? (back)
- You can request the front desk
monitor the student. You will need to drop off the
following: the exam, the amount of time the student is to be
given to take the exam, whether or not calculators, book, notes, etc
can be used, and where the exam should be put once the student is
finished.
I
would like to schedule a review session for my class tomorrow
evening. How do I go about getting a classroom? (back)
- Internal classrooms (DL280/480
and conference rooms) are schedule through the CSE font desk. All
other classroom requests can be made to scheduling through the front
desk or the department scheduling coordinator. At least 24 hours
advance notice is recommended.
