Brief Biography
Jonathan Perkins is a Systems Manager in the Network-Based Computing Laboratory
(NBCL). He originally joined the group in 2006 and has been working in his
current position since October of 2007.
Jonathan performs software installations and upgrades as well as new hardware installations for the 256 processor NBCL Linux clusters as well as the 768 processor WCI and 128 processor RI clusters. He also maintains and develops custom software in addition to 3rd party packages that aid in the testing and management of the MVAPICH project. He also provides assistance in tracking and fixing bugs for the MVAPICH software developers.
Jonathan earned his B.S. in Computer Science & Engineering from the Ohio State University in June of 2006. His undergraduated studies were specialized in Hardware/Software Systems.
