Brief Biography
Jonathan Perkins is a Software Developer for the Network-Based Computing
Laboratory (NBCL). He has worked in this position since September, 2010.
Jonathan previously worked as a Systems Specialist from 2006 to 2007 and as a
Systems Manager from 2007 to 2010 for NBCL.
Jonathan primarily develops software for the MVAPICH project under the supervision of Dr. D.K. Panda. His work focuses on the process manager for the MPI library MVAPICH2. He also maintains and develops custom software in addition to 3rd party packages that aid in the testing and management of the MVAPICH project.
Jonathan earned his B.S. in Computer Science & Engineering from the Ohio State University in June of 2006. His undergraduated studies were specialized in Hardware/Software Systems.
