CSE 694L: Scientific Visualization (new course) This course presents principles and methods for visualizing data resulting from scientific and medical measurements and computations. The emphasis is on using 2D and 3D graphics to gain insights into multi-dimensional data sets. Topics include visualization software and techniques, human vision, color mapping, data representation, volume rendering, flow visualization, surface extraction and rendering, and information visualization. CSE 784: Geometric Modeling # Survey techniques and algorithms used to create, manipulate, represent, and display geometric objects such as curves, surfaces and solids. Tamal Dey
