Assignments 10% Preliminary assignments concerning, for example, individual Maya project, technical group reports, and individual MEL tasks.
Presentations 20% Presentations will be graded based: preparation, effective organization, oral delivery, and presentation mechanics.
Documentation 20% Grading of the web-based project documentation will consider effectiveness of organization, ease of use, completeness, conciseness.
Project 30% The Project will be graded on: the use of procedural elements; adherence to basic filmmaking considerations of camera, lighting and staging; and complexity.
Midterm 10% The Midterm will be 'light weight' and is intended to make sure you pay attention to the few lectures. It will not cover aspects of Maya, MEL, or Premier.
Final 10% The Final will be 'light weight' and is intended to make sure you pay attention to the few lectures. It will not cover aspects of Maya, MEL, or Premier.
