The images were judged by a crack team of computer graphics faculty: Drs. Crawfis, Machiraju, Shen, Wenger, and myself.
There was not a clear concensus on which are the best images. Part of the reason for this was that I did not give the students or the team of judges any criteria on which the best image was to be judged. The judges simply selected the images they liked the best, for whatever reason. Many images received votes from one or more of the judges. Below, by exam time, you will see indicated the best image, 2nd place, honorable mentions, and highly regarded images.
