I am a First year Graduate Student at the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at The Ohio State University. I am working as a Graduate Research Associate under the guidance of Dr.D.K.Panda in the NOWLAB.My research interests are in the area of File Systems, Storage Management and Data Management on Solid State Devices.

 

I am originally from Amravati in the state of Maharashtra,INDIA.I did most of my schooling and +2 in Amravati from St.Francis.I got my undergraduate degree (B.Tech Computer Science) from College of Engineering Pune (COEP). After that, I worked for 2+ years at Symantec R&D Pune (VERITAS Pune) where I worked as a Software Developer for an enterprise level backup, restore and archival product Netbackup.At Symantec I have worked in the areas of Snapshot creation , Resource Management/Media Device Selection Logic , Bare Metal Restore , Metadata Management and VMWARE backup.
