A network system with on-line protection of user privacy information for collecting AIM and MSN instant messaging traffic in large enterprise/campus networks, monitoring traffic patterns in IP level, and analyzing user behavior patterns in application level. It had been used in IBM Watson network and Cornell University network for SIP (Session Initialization Protocol) server benchmark project since 2007.
