lab submissions

The ‘submit’ utility is available for submitting assignments electronically.

To submit a lab electronically, type the command ‘submit c788ai lab# file1 file2 ...’ in the terminal window.

Note: Make sure to read your cis emails. Notices from the submit program are directed to that address.

Forwarding CIS Email Elsewhere

Prepare a file named ‘.forward’ with your forward address at the first line. The command

echo "username@cis.ohio-state.edu" > .forward

may be used for creating the file.

To discontinue the forwarding service, remove the file (e.g., with the command ‘rm .forward’).
