Progress reports are due weekly from every member.

Progress reports should include the following elements:

bulletWork goals - What was your assignment?
bulletProgress towards work goals - What did you actually do?  How many hours did you spend on it?  Is there anything that you're particularly proud of? Anything you found particularly annoying or frustrating?
bulletChallenges or Open questions - Is there something that would make your work easier?
bulletPlans for next week - If you didn't meet all your goals this week, plan on tackling them next week.  If you got a good idea this week, plan on following up on it.

Here is a good example of a weekly progress report.
