CSE Tutor Information
Tutors assist CSE undergraduates with any questions they might have regarding their CSE coursework. The Tutor list does not represent an endorsement of the abilities of tutors by the CSE department. It is provided solely as a convenience for students who are seeking tutoring assistance. Fees are negotiated individually. If you have additional questions please see Kathryn Reeves in Dreese Labs 395B.Tutors need to use good judgement in deciding on which students to accept for tutoring. They should feel reasonably certain that they can help the student to understand and master the material. By all means, they should avoid tutoring students for whom they have some responsibility in deciding a grade. This means that someone grading a course should NOT accept for tutoring a student who is in his/her section.
Applicants must apply each quarter to be a tutor by updating their tutor application. Be sure to update the quarter you are applying for, as well as any new courses you wish to tutor.
