TWiCE is an innovative and holistic approach to improving
the recruitment and retention of women in computing majors.
Through TWiCE, undergraduate women with an interest in computing are
given opportunities to support community non-profits, teach computer classes
in low-income schools, or work on independent research projects.
They also act as role models in their community, demonstrating that
computer scientists can be girls, as well as fun and cool.
